Union Engineering took advantage of the opportunity to launch ots new patented process ECO2-BREW, for the recovery of CO2 from beer fermentation, this revolutionary process is completely different to the existing conventional process.

Alfa Laval took the opportunity to present its new centrifugal separator Brew2001 with direct drive (patented), Alfa Laval edrive, it makes possible a substantial energy saving (30%) compared to previous models.
