Alfa Laval transferred to Sulca the responsibility of directly commercializing spare parts for heat exchangers in the sanitary sector.

Sulca has intensified its work in post-sales consulting, providing greater support to the maintenance departments of its customers, by coordinating reliable maintenance schedules and the supply chain of spare parts needed for preventive and corrective services.

Through Sulca, complete sets of replacement boards, gaskets and/or other minor parts for the different models of sanitary heat exchangers can be purchased. As part of Alfa Laval's "All Brand" plan, spare parts for equipment of other brands are also provided.

Alfa Laval offers a wide range of services through its technical experts in Venezuela, such as gasket replacement, corrective repairs, training and non-invasive verification of "Alpha Check" equipment. Sulca's promotion of these services is a key strategy to strengthen its post-sales consulting.
